Spring is in the air!!! What is it that you look forward to the most once the frost-date has passed?
We don't have a 'frost date' as such. Frosts can and do occur as late a June (ground frost).

It is my fondest wish to visit Wales to see the bluebells. My grandmother tells me that in the spring, somewhere around late April/early May the bluebells come out and line the tiny road that leads up to our mountain, fading back into the woods as far as you can see. I have tried to imagine it but I'm sure any imaginings I've had would pale beside reality. My grandmother is not sentimental about much, but the bluebells in spring bring out the poet in her.
Beautiful post. Have a happy Easter.
Happy Easter to you, Carole!
Yes, Sayre there's nothing like seeing a bank of bluebells for real. I love daffs, but to me bluebells are even more wonderful.
Such lovely photographs, thank you.
