From massive, bulky computer, monitor, speakers with a printer that only did black & white...
To sitting in my comfy armchair, laptop on my knees, no need to use a workstation...yet, accessing Dropbox to instantly save work 'in the cloud'.
Broadband makes videos watchable, no longer the 'world-wide wait' and screaming modem.
This morning I've 'been' to Antarctica, viewed satellite images, read scientific reports and 'visited' NASA.
Also, accessed my Student Home page and contributed to on-line 'discussions'...
Don't you just love it...

It's the best! My first computer was a Sinclair Spectrum - remember them? Seems an awful long time agon now.
